Asheville - About the project: Local developer Biltmore Farms and Charlotte-based Crosland LLC are constructing the remainder of the Biltmore Park Town Square project, which will include 198,000 square feet of retail space, a movie theater with stadium seating, office space, a hotel and apartments and town houses, all on land to the southwest of the roundabout at Town Square, off Long Shoals Road at Interstate 26.
